DELIVERED DISH CORPORATE REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the Rewards Program for your Account, you accept the following
Rewards Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"):
The Delivered Dish Corporate Rewards Program (collectively referred to herein as the “Rewards Program”) is available only to corporate customers in select service areas. Qualifying customers are eligible to earn reward points on orders placed in the select service areas, and can redeem points for rewards only in the select service areas. Qualifying customers are only allowed to participate in the Rewards Program on a single corporate customer profile. Qualifying customers who enroll in the Rewards Program under multiple profiles may forfeit points earned on all enrolled profiles at the discretion of Delivered Dish.
Rewards and Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent and have no cash value. Rewards Points may not be transferred to anyone else and are only earned for orders placed by corporate customers that are enrolled in the Rewards Program at the time of placing the order; Rewards Points cannot be retroactively earned for prior orders, nor redeemed to retroactively pay for prior orders. Rewards points are earned only on the amounts paid for food totals and “house items”, which includes beverages, utensils, serving gear and other miscellaneous items provided by Delivered Dish. Rewards Points are not earned on the purchase of Delivered Dish Gift Cards. Rewards Points are also not earned for sales tax, gratuity, delivery fees, coupons, discounts or any other charges or fees.
- For every dollar you spend on food or “house items”, you will earn one Rewards Point.
- There is no limit to the amount of Rewards Points you can earn in a calendar year; however, if Rewards Points are earned but not redeemed for a Reward, or if the account becomes inactive for more than six months, Delivered Dish reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Program enrollment, all Rewards Points associated with the Rewards Program enrollment and all Rewards.
- If your account is eligible and enrolled for the Rewards Program, Reward Points will be displayed on your Account profile page at www.ddish.com/account. You are responsible for verifying that you are only enrolled under a single profile and that all points are being properly credited to that profile. Delivered Dish is not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards.
- Rewards Points can only be redeemed online, and are only available to be redeemed for the Rewards available at the time of redemption. Available Rewards are subject to change.
- Rewards cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, applied to past purchases, or used for purchasing gift cards. Additional restrictions may also apply.
General Terms for Using Rewards
Rewards Points may only be used by you for your personal benefit. You cannot combine your benefits with the benefits earned by any other Rewards Program participant. Rewards Points and Rewards have no cash value and are purely promotional. Delivered Dish reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or to terminate the program with or without prior notice at any time.
