What happened to my Delivered Dish account?

Your account settings (including your username and password, delivery address and house account) are waiting for you at Grubhub for Work. You can view them by logging in.
Do I have to create a new Grubhub for Work account?

Use your Delivered Dish username and password to log in at Grubhub for Work. If you are a new user, you can easily create an account here!
Will I be able to see my order history?

Your current order history and past receipts will be available on Grubhub for Work and can be accessed on your account page.
I have a House Account. What happens to my account settings?

All of your Corporate Account settings (including Users, Budgets, Order History, Invoices and Reporting) will remain the same.

What is Delivered Dish?

Delivered Dish coordinates the delivery of restaurant meals throughout all of Portland, Beaverton, Gresham, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Clackamas, Gladstone, Tigard, Troutdale, Tualatin, West Linn, Wilsonville (See our service area for zip codes where delivery is available). It’s the same concept as pizza delivery, but with a lot more choices. We partner with multiple area restaurants so they can offer you their meals at home, work, or hotels.
What if I want lots of food (office lunches, parties, meetings)?

We offer affordable and no-fuss drop-off catering for businesses, large groups, meetings, and parties! We even offer monthly billing accounts for corporate clients. If your order will be over $100, please allow a business day’s notice. Please note that on catering items, each restaurant may have their own advance notice requirements.
How do I view menus?

To view menus, you can click on the View Menu link on the menu bar, then select a restaurant by clicking on its logo. We recommend, however, that you click on the Order Button and enter your zip code, so you can see which restaurants are available to you at the time you’d like your meals.

We are available to take your order as soon as 9:00 AM weekdays and 10:45 AM on weekends if you need something sooner give us a call at 503.239.0100; some restaurants may be able to fulfill earlier order requests.
How long does it take?

It generally takes about an hour from the time you place the order until we close. Please allow extra time for Fri. and Sat. nights, peak traffic times, and particularly long runs. Be assured that your food does not just sit there. We won’t give the order to the restaurant until a self-employed delivery professional is on the way to pick it up.
Can I order from more than one restaurant?

You may order from more than one restaurant, though the delivery charge is assessed per restaurant. The minimum order is still $20 per restaurant and the delivery time will probably be longer. It is not possible to order from multiple restaurants online–please call to place those orders.
How much does it cost?

Delivery ranges from 3.99 to 9.99 (depending on your zip code) and there is a $20 minimum food order Restaurant pricing may be higher than in-house menus due to the costs of delivery (insurance, packaging, etc.)
How can I pay?

Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover (or debit cards with Visa / MasterCard logos). Drivers carry no more than $20 in change. No personal checks, please.
Should I tip? How much?

The self-employed delivery professionals we work with largely work for tips, so gratuities are appreciated. They are focused solely on your food and your order for 20-45 minutes, while adding wear and tear on their vehicles–that’s a lot of attention, even though you can’t see most of it. A standard tip for good, friendly service would be 15-20% of the food total.
Where is delivery available?

We coordinate delivery to homes, offices and hotels (pretty much anywhere with an address). See our service area for specifics. We’ll be happy to talk with you about arranging delivery outside these areas for special occasions/events.
How does online ordering work?

Click on “Place Order” (above), then select your zip code and then the restaurant you’d like to order from. Select your items, enter your phone, name and address, then follow instructions to place the order.

Restaurant hours, menu items, and prices are subject to change without notice. Please check your order carefully upon its arrival–though we strive for perfection, mistakes happen, and the sooner we learn of them, the faster we can correct them.
